For Olivia Richichi, the journey into real estate started long before getting licensed.

“I remember riding around neighborhoods with my mom in sixth grade, looking at homes, noticing details, and imagining the lives inside them,” Olivia shared. “That curiosity slowly became a passion for homes and serving people.”

By her junior year at Liberty University, Olivia became licensed while studying business administration, entrepreneurship, and real estate. At the same time, she balanced life as a Division 1 athlete and a full academic schedule, learning discipline, structure, and time management along the way.

After graduation, Olivia worked as a solo agent for about two years. While rewarding, the experience also taught her how demanding real estate can be.

“I realized real estate isn’t just about closing deals,” she explained. “It’s about managing expectations, protecting your energy, and serving clients well without burning out.”

Everything changed after joining the Dave Hooke Team.

“Joining the team gave me systems, support, and leadership that helped me grow both professionally and personally,” Olivia said. “For the first time, I felt like I was building a sustainable business.”

Today, Olivia is grateful to be part of a team that allows her to grow faster, serve clients at a higher level, and stay focused on her long-term goals.
