I wanted to take a moment to share a little bit about my journey into real estate and what drives me to help others in this industry.
It all started when I was working full-time as a project manager for a construction company. Alongside that, I built my own business doing demolition clean-outs and dumpster rentals, which naturally connected me with homeowners preparing to sell their properties and investors working on interior demo projects. Through those experiences, I built relationships with business owners and investors and saw firsthand the incredible opportunities real estate could provide—not just for me, but for my family’s future.
That’s when I started looking at investment properties. I was fortunate to have a great mentor who encouraged me to consider becoming a real estate agent. At first, I wasn’t sure if that was the path for me, but I knew that if I pursued it, I wanted to be part of a strong, supportive team.
After interviewing with a couple of teams, I met with Drue Richmond and the Dave Hooke Team, and that conversation changed everything. Drue walked me through a vision exercise—mapping out my goals and where I saw myself in five years. It was clear that this team wasn’t just about transactions; it was about growth, service, and community. Some members were investors, some weren’t, but at the core, everyone was focused on serving people and giving back.
Now, with my real estate license in hand, I’m excited to be fully immersed in helping others, especially first-time homebuyers. In just a short time, I’ve already worked on 7-8 transactions, and I’m incredibly grateful for the momentum I’ve built. Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue growing both my business and my real estate career, and more importantly, to help clients achieve their homeownership goals with confidence.
